Benefit from a vintage look without compromising on modern comfort. ✦ From the front door, you access the hallway with a typical Montreal double room on the left: an office equipped with a screen compatible with laptops, with a work chair in the front and a bedroom with a queen bed in the back. ✦ At the end of the corridor is the luxurious bathroom with heated floors, which has a shower with two outlets, one telephone and the other ''rain''. ✦ At the rear of the apartment is a modern kitchen, dining room and living room. The large sliding glass doors in the kitchen and the dining room let in lots of natural light and open onto a private landscaped courtyard in which there is a pond with fish. ✦ The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, utensils and food essentials will be provided.
